1. Agreement & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of this province.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions published on the website.
Placing an order automatically constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
2. Product Characteristics
USE GLOVES! Our product may irritate skin and cause chemical burns.
Products are sensitive to storage conditions.
Due to the use of natural ingredients, acceptable variations in color, and texture may occur. This is not considered a defect.
3. Storage and Shipping Conditions
Once orders are dispatched, we are not responsible for storage and transportation conditions.
Store the product away from light and children at a temperature of 5-25 °C.
4. Individual Skin Reactions

We are not responsible for individual reactions if you don't use gloves.
5. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
Providing a correct shipping address, name, and email;
Following the product’s usage instructions;
Proper storage of the product upon receipt (temperature control, moisture, light);
Preventing product use by children;
Maintaining the integrity of original packaging and labels provided by the manufacturer;
Using the product strictly for the purpose stated on the label and in the product description (e.g., household products are not to be used on the skin).
We do not accept responsibility for:
Loss of profit or any claims exceeding the purchase price of the product;
Lost or delayed shipments caused by the shipping company;
Address errors provided by the client;
Misuse or confusion due to removed labels, repackaging, or mixing with other substances;
Changes in texture, appearance, or stability caused by improper storage, violation of temperature conditions, or tampering with the original packaging after receipt.
6. Right of Refusal and Protection of Interests
We reserve the right to:
Refuse a return without sufficient justification;
Reject an order if it seems unsafe or impossible to fulfill;
Provide evidence of delivery and purchase conditions to payment processors in case of unjustified chargebacks or disputes.
7. Privacy Policy
We collect only the necessary data: name, address, email, phone number — strictly for shipping and communication purposes.
We do not share this data with third parties except logistics services, payment providers, or law enforcement agencies if required.
We do not store payment data — transactions are processed via Stripe, PayPal, and other certified platforms.
Customers may request the deletion of their data through our contact form.
8. Warranty and Legal Effect
Products are provided “as is,” with no guarantee of specific results.
We do not guarantee a specific effect.
The buyer bears full responsibility for the use of our products.
The manufacturer is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse or application on inappropriate surfaces. Always test on an inconspicuous area before use.
Our product is non-abrasive and safe for delicate surfaces. To avoid scratches, always use a soft cloth or sponge.
The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by the use of inappropriate cleaning tools or application methods.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to the province of Québec.
Orders placed with a shipping address in Québec will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
