We do everything to make sure your order arrives quickly, conveniently, and safely.
Delivery Zones
These designated areas are serviced both by a personal courier and by logistics companies.
Metro Vancouver, Fraser Valley and Outer Suburbs
To confirm if our personal courier delivers to your area, please enter your postal code at checkout. If your postal code is outside our delivery area, your order will be automatically shipped via a carrier.
All of Canada (except Quebec) — delivery by standard carriers (UPS, FedEx, Purolator and others).

Tracking

Metro Vancouver, Fraser Valley and Outer Suburbs (personal courier) — on the day of delivery you will receive an SMS with an estimated delivery time.

Canada — after shipping you will receive a tracking number.
Responsibility
Personal courier — The order is considered delivered after it has been handed over to the recipient or after a photo report from the courier. Further safety is your responsibility, however we are always ready to assist with any questions regarding your order.
UPS, FedEx, Purolator and others — after the parcel is handed over to the carrier, responsibility is borne by the shipping company.
General Recommendations

Please specify a safe place where the courier can leave your order if you are absent at the time of delivery.

If you provide safe place instructions, make sure it is protected from rain, snow, and unauthorized access.

If you are absent and delivery without supervision is not possible, the order is not considered completed until re-delivery.

Any disputes about undelivered or stolen orders are resolved based on the courier’s photo confirmation and the instructions you provided when placing the order.
Private Houses and Townhouses

Specify where the courier can safely leave the order.

The courier will leave the order and provide a photo confirmation, which we will send to you.

After confirmation of delivery by the courier, responsibility for the order’s safety passes to you.
Apartments and Condominiums

Provide access instructions: buzzer code, name on the call panel, apartment number.

If you are not at home: the order may be left with the concierge or at the post office.

If no access is possible — delivery will be rescheduled.

Important: after the order is left with the concierge or at the post office, responsibility for the order’s safety passes to the recipient or the building management.
