Return and Refund Policy

At Formalife, we care about the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully.

 

 

  1. Return Conditions

 

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Only products in their original, sealed jar and packaging are eligible for return.

In compliance with Canadian health and consumer safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened products, except in cases of defect or shipping error.

 

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

 

Opened or used products.

Products without original packaging or with a broken seal.

Items damaged after delivery.

Products where only the outer box is damaged (dents, scratches) but the jar/container is intact and sealed. In this case, responsibility for cosmetic damage to the shipping box lies with the carrier, and such items are not eligible for return.

 

 

3. Return Shipping Costs

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for parcels lost in return transit.

 

 

4. Damaged or Defective Products

 

If your product arrives damaged or defective (e.g., broken jar, broken seal), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging.

Confirmed damaged or defective products will be replaced or refunded in full.

If only the outer box is damaged while the jar/container remains intact and sealed, the product is not considered defective and is not eligible for return.

 

 

5. Refunds

  

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
